Billing & subscription walkthrough
A short product video or annotated screenshot showing this from the user's point of view.
How it works
Follow these steps to get it set up and working.
- 1Open Settings → Billing for the project you want to manage — subscriptions are per project.
- 2Choose Pro or Business; start on a free trial, then add a card when you're ready.
- 3Upgrade or downgrade any time — mid-cycle changes are prorated, and downgrades take effect at the period end.
- 4Set the card each project should use, so auto-charges and renewals hit the right payment method.
- 5Cancel to stop at the period end (you keep access until then), or resume before it lapses.
What this connects to
The records and settings involved behind the scenes.
- Plans
- Pro and Business differ on team size, API throughput, and support — see the pricing page for the current limits.
- Projects
- Each project has its own subscription and payment method, so you can run several on different plans.
- Payment methods
- Cards are saved at the account level and assigned per project as the default to charge.
- AI credits
- Plan-included AI credit is granted on activation; purchased credit and auto-refill are managed separately.
Outcome
What you get
Each project is on the right plan and card, with predictable prorated changes and no surprise lapses.
