You're responsible for the actions taken on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Admins are responsible for the actions of members they invite to their project.
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe on others' rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt our infrastructure or other tenants. The audit log records every state-changing action; we may review it to investigate abuse.
We aim for high availability and continuous improvement but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance through the dashboard.
Subscription fees are billed via Stripe at the plan rate listed at purchase. You can change plans, cancel, or download invoices from the billing section of the dashboard. Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case.
You can cancel your subscription or archive a project from the dashboard at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice except for cause (security incidents, payment issues).
